Order Tracking

  • After your order is delivered to the cargo company, a tracking number will be sent to you.
  • To easily track your cargo, you can use the tracking link sent to you or query the tracking number via the cargo company website.

Incomplete or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is delivered incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days.
  • By sending an e-mail with a photo of the damaged products and delivery details, you can ensure that the problem is resolved quickly.

Cargo Delivery

  • Check your package with the cargo officer during delivery. If you detect any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a report prepared.
  • Make sure that your contact information for your order is correct and up-to-date. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or contact information are the responsibility of the customer.
