Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is made between the users who will benefit from the services offered at www .toskana .store and İrfan Şimşek ("Toskana"). Please read this agreement carefully before becoming a member of our website. When you complete your membership process, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2.1 The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering via www .toskana .store .
2.2 A six-digit verification code is used during membership creation:

  • The user enters his/her email address in the Email field.
  • Log in to the website and enter the verification code sent to the specified e-mail address into the relevant field.
    2.3 Membership is for individual use only and cannot be transferred or sold to others.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Tuscany enables users to benefit from the products and services on the site.
3.2 Tuscany strives to provide its website services continuously and without interruption, but temporary interruptions in service may occur due to technical glitches.

4. User Obligations

4.1 The user is responsible for keeping their membership information accurate and up-to-date. Tuscany is not responsible for any problems that may occur if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
4.2 The user cannot use the website in a way that is against the law and morality.

6. Termination of Membership

6.2 Tuscany may terminate the membership unilaterally if the user acts contrary to the terms of this agreement.

7. Changes

Toskana has the right to change the terms of this contract and the content of the site without prior notice. The updated contract shall enter into force on the date it is published on the website.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
