In order to fully meet your expectations when shopping from Toskana, we offer an easy and free return process.

Return Conditions

1. Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them.

2. Return Conditions:
  • The products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • All accessories, labels and invoices of the product must also be sent with the return.
3. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
  • Returns of used, worn or personalized products are not accepted.
  • If the return period is exceeded, your return request cannot be processed.

Return Process

1. Creating a Return Request:

Click on the profile icon on the store's navigation page or go to the refund policy or returns page and make a return request.

1.1. Log in to your account:

Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.

Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

1.2. Click on the order you want to send the return.
1.3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
1.4. Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
1.5. Click "Submit request".

2. Shipping Label Sending:

After your return request is approved, a shipping label will be sent to you. You can easily return the product using this label.

3. Shipping:

You can deliver the product you want to return to the nearest shipping branch free of charge with the shipping label sent to you.

Refund

After the product return reaches us, our quality control team will examine the status of the returned product.
Once the review is complete, your refund will be approved and your payment will be made to the payment method you used when placing the order within 7-10 business days.
The refund time may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
